THE BRIEF

A regulated system, not a demo.

DynoInvoice is a multi-tenant invoicing and e-invoicing system: tenants that must never see each other's data, rules that come from regulation rather than taste, and an audit trail someone will eventually ask for.

We chose a system where mistakes are expensive on purpose. DynoInvoice is our first Dyno system; the same method will carry the CRM, HRMS and other systems on our roadmap.

WHO DID WHAT

Stated plainly, counted from the record.

People

  • Set direction and priorities
  • Answered questions on functionality, exemptions and relaxed checks — 176 recorded decisions
  • Delegated routine approvals to agents, on the record

Agents

  • Drafted, examined and published requirements — 857
  • Wrote tests to prove 1,193 acceptance criteria
